This irresistible, slightly sweetened corn bread has both cornmeal and sweet corn kernels in addition to black bean flakes. For this treat, I've invented three methods of preparation. You can use my stovetop skillet-bake instructions, my oven-bake instructions or make a BakeOver crust.
