A Phased, Framework-Based Recovery Plan for Mold Illness, CIRS, and Biotoxin Exposure — From Someone Who Lived Through It
Why Piecemeal Approaches to Mold Recovery Fail
I’ve watched hundreds of people in the mold illness community spend years and tens of thousands of dollars on recovery — buying saunas, running labs, taking supplements, hiring remediators — without a framework that ties it all together. They do a sauna detox before testing. They supplement before removing the source. They run one lab and act on it without knowing the full picture. Each individual step might be correct, but the sequence is wrong, and wrong sequence costs time, money, and suffering.
The Two-Axis Framework exists because I made every one of these mistakes during my own recovery. I supplemented without testing. I detoxed without adequate binder support. I purified without first protecting myself from ongoing exposure. Each misstep taught me something, and eventually those lessons crystallized into a sequenced protocol that works because it addresses mold illness as a systems problem with a systems solution.
