Start by brushing your limbs, moving from the bottom of the body (feet) towards the top (chest), and taking care to brush in the direction of the heart. Focus on areas of the body that have more fat or target dead skin cells. Follow the direction of blood flow and lymph flow to enhance invigoration.
It is recommended to use the brush for 3-5 minutes. Follow your brushing session with a shower or bath to extend exfoliation benefits and rinse off impurities.

Q: How do I clean my brush?
A: Fill a small dish with enough warm water so the bristles will be wet but does not touch the wood. Add a few drops of a gentle soap or Branch Basics, and agitate the brush left to right to foam the soap throughout the bristles. Discard water and refill with plain warm water and repeat the process to remove soap from bristles.
To dry, place the brush face down on a towel in a warm dry area or gently dry with a hair dryer. Do not allow water to sit on the brush for extended periods of time.
